Inspiration with a Smile
Acy Brown established the Donte Andrew Annie Foundation in light of his beautiful mother, who dedicated over 30 years of her life to serving Grambling State University. She served as a professor and worked tirelessly as the Dean of The College of Business. She was very instrumental in getting the College of Business accredited with the State of Louisiana before she retired. She spent many years ENRICHING, EMPOWERING & EDUCATING the community. Acy's mother's battle with Dementia and Alzheimer's inspired him to create a foundation that provides resources, education, and support to families and individuals affected by Alzheimer's disease. The Donte Andrew Annie Foundation is a testament to the love and care that Acy's mother had for her family and community, and the foundation's commitment to helping families affected by Alzheimer's disease is a reflection of her legacy.
